1) This is not a "get - rich - overnight" scheme. This is not a membership or chain system. Your income is not guaranteed by us as you do not work for us and we do not pay you in any way. Your income purely depends on the work performed by you and your referrals for the PTC websites. Earnings examples, are only estimates of what we think you could earn. Payments from the PTC websites received by us, have been posted on the site, as and when we have received them. There is no assurance that you could earn the same, as well. Just as any other business on the internet there may be certain risks involved in joining the PTC websites. We do not pay you in any way for the work done by you or your referrals for the PTC websites that you may join. All payments due to you for your work may be made directly to you by the PTC websites via "Alertpay" and "Paypal" or any other payment method that may be in use. We do not take responsibility for the actions of the PTC website that you join. Therefore please carefully read the "Terms Of Service" at each and every PTC website, before you join, to avoid disappointment. The terms of service of the Free classified websites are bound to change. If you ever have any issues with any of the PTC websites that you may join, you may contact them directly and resolve those issues with the individual website concerned.

2) You may have only one account per PTC website and please do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated, by them. You should never need another account.

3) Please carefully read the Advertisement links displayed, on the PTC websites, before clicking on them. Please do not click on "Cheat Links" and those links which you are instructed not to click. Disregard of these instructions may get your account terminated.

4) Sending unsolicited mail to people, and referring them to http://www.esuccessguide.info without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we will discontinue the use of the FREE website provided to you and all our related services.

5) If you are caught cheating in any way, we have the right to discontinue the use of the FREE website, provided to you, at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice.

6)We simply provide you with a list of PTC websites that we ourselves have joined ( as per our survey and general opinion gathered from the internet ) for that we charge a one time fee, only for this information. If you are referred by someone who has already joined the program you can pay him half of what we charge, for his efforts.

7)Refund Policy : - Fees charged are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will guide you regarding any issues that you may have.

8) You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer/IP address. Only one account per computer/IP address on every PTC website is permitted. Therefore please do not use a shared computer for this work.

9) You can refer an unlimited number of people to join this program. You may earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer. We do not pay you for referring people to us. You can charge the people that you refer 50% of what we charge to join the program. You must guide and support all your referrals that you directly refer, through email and on phone. We shall be able to provide only email guidance to you and your referrals.
10) You are not an employee of "esuccessguide" and you are not an independent contractor for "esuccessguide".

11) By joining "esuccessguide", you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

12) There may be 15 or more referral links to PTC websites in the free website provided to you. 5 links on every Free webpage will be provided at the discretion of the administration.

13)In order to enjoy the facilities of using the FREE website provided to you and other FREE services and guidance given to you from us from time to time, you must join all the PTC websites strictly through all of the links available in the FREE website only through the email that we send to you. You must be an active member and regularly click the links in the websites you have joined, through your sponsor's links as well as through some of our links ie ( gferns18 ) .The use of the FREE website is FREE of charge, on condition that you will personally work daily on all the PTC websites that you may join, plus, you must sponsor at least five active referrals in the first month, to join our program. Thereafter from your next month you must refer at least ten people every month to join our program. Your performance will be reviewed every month. Remember that the more active referrals you have in your direct down line the more you can earn.

14) We regularly provide updates. Please visit http://www.esuccessguide.info/ptcs.htm regularly where more programs are added and the programs that have not paid us on time are deleted (you may discontinue working on the deleted programs and advise your referrals to do the same ). Please email us your referral links of the new programs that you join so that we may update your webpage, accordingly.

15)In order to join this program you must be over 18 years of age, you must be able to read and understand English language, you must be computer literate and well versed with the internet.

16) The use of the FREE website is and other services is FREE of charge and can be discontinued if you fail to strictly adhere to the "Terms Of Service" mentioned above without any prior notice or conveying any reasons thereof.

17) We have the right to change our "Terms of Service at anytime" without prior consent or notice.

18) Partial change our terms of service ( in clause No 9, 13 & 12 ) was made on 17/08/2009, 24/11/2008 and 25/02/2009 respectively.
